Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio's crime thriller "Shutter Island" captures the No. 1 spot at the weekend box office with $40.2 million bumping "Valentine's Day" to the second spot.
Aside from his movie "Titanic", DiCaprio's fourth collaboration with Scorsese is now his current best opener surpassing his 2002 movie "Catch Me If You Can" with $30.1 million.
