Controversial actress Lindsay Lohan already found a new lawyer which will represents her in her legal troubles. Lindsay secured the services of criminal defense lawyer Stuart V. Goldberg and his first move is make the "Mean Girls" actress to be "proactive".
Lindsay has been sentenced in 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab for violations to the conditions of her DUI probation. Lindsay previous attorney Shawn Chapman Holley decided to quit after she failed to keep Lindsay out of jail.

Stuart tells TMZ, "Instead of making her reactive, like a pin cushion, [we're going] to be proactive. We're gonna go after them."Lindsay's new lawyer must work double time for his client. He must think ways to prevent or delay the court in locking up Lindsay behind bars.
