The judge found Lindsay Lohan's apology insincere, doesn't respect the criminal justice system. and not taking her case seriously that's why her decision is to sentenced LiLo to 90 days in jail for her violation and 90-day inpatient rehab program.
Lohan missed seven alcohol education classes over the past six months in which the judge clearly instructed that she must attend her meetings once a week.
