Lindsay's estranged father claims that Kate is jealous with Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James. Lohan said that the two signed on to star in an upcoming reality television show with him.
Kate Major filed a complaint with alleging Michael pushed her to a chair and kicked her in the face during an argument.
Rachel Uchitel denies any involvement on any show with Michael Lohan.

Rachel tells TMZ she only met Michael once -- at a party on Long Island -- and hasn't spoken to him since.
