Brit's dad Jamie Spears can now relax after LA Superior Court granted Britney Spears permanent restraining order against her former manager Sam Lutfi and Lawyer Jon Eardley.
It is a three year restraining order for the two men, to not contact (in any form) her and must stay away within 100 yards from Britney, her two sons and Spears' home or workplace.
The restraining order was filed due to Sam Lutfi and Lawyer Jon Eardley repeated challenged on the validity of Jamie Spears' legal control over his daughter.
