The vacation of former American Idol judge Paula Abdul might probably over!
According to EW, Paula is "finalizing a deal" to star in an updated version of Star Search.
Paula is reportedly will be the host and the judge but still details of her involvement are still on the negotiating table. ABC wants the show for summer 2010.
If the show push through, the possibility of Paula joining Simon Cowell's for the upcoming US version of "X Factor" will be impossible.
Star Search was hosted by the the late Ed McMahon in 1983 to 1995. The talent show was relaunch in 2003 - 2004 hosted by Arsenio Hall.
