Anna Nicole Smith's estate will not received any amount from her late oil tycoon husband J. Howard Marshall, according to the Federal Court of Appeals.
Smith is not entitled to $300 million that she claims her late husband promised her during their marriage.
The Court of Appeals upheld the previous court's decision in 2001 favoring Marshall's son Pierce Marshall to received the fortune left by his father. Pierce Marshall died in 2006 and now his wife is handling the court battles.
