Corey Haim's death linked to "illegal and massive prescription-drug ring".

A bigger issue is now being investigate involving Corey Haim's death which is linked to an "illegal and massive prescription-drug ring".
According to TMZ, "State Attorney General Jerry Brown says his office is conducting a probe of Haim's death because an unauthorized prescription in his name was found during a probe of fraudulent drug-prescription pads in San Diego."

"Brown said the prescription drug ring under investigation operates by ordering prescription drug pads from authorized vendors using stolen doctor identities -- i.e., identity fraud."
The pads are sold to street addicts or to dealers doing an underground market.

Preliminary findings shows that Haim had pulmonary congestion, an enlarged heart and water in his lungs. Authorities also found prescription bottles like Vicodin, Valium, haloperidol and Soma at the apartment of Corey’s mom.
