Britney Spears' former bodyguard filed a lawsuit against her

If your amazed with her spending/finances in 2008 that were filed by her conservator, Britney Spears will adding more bucks in legal fees. Her former bodyguard has decided to sued the pop star for physical injuries that he sustained while working at her former home at the Summit in Beverly Hills in March 2008.

Former bodyguard Kerry Vine claims that Spears, "negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to him".

According to US Weekly, "Vine is suing Spears for personal injury, battery and negligence for which he claims he has suffered lost wages, medical and hospital costs, and loss of personal property and earning capacity."

TMZ reports that "A source involved in the situation tells TMZ ... Vine worked at Britney's home a grand total of 3 days. On the last day he volunteered to move a small table with a few other guys. He called in sick the next day, complaining of shoulder pain.

He's been on worker's comp, we're told, ever since, and he moved the table a year ago!

It seems that this guy only want a piece of Britney's wealth...
