Dalai Lama, Miley Cyrus, Brad Pitt , Angelina Jolie and the Complete List of Time Magazine's world’s 100 most influential people of 2008


The annual list of Time Magazine's world’s 100 most influential people of 2008 is been released. This is their fifth time to released this list.

Topping the list is Dalai Lama followed by Vladimir Putin, The Presidential Hopefuls Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and John McCain.

Oprah Winfrey was included in the influential list five times (2004-2008). For Hillary Clinton it is her fourth time.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at no. 21 for their service as goodwill ambassadors worldwide.

Teen sensation and controversial Miley Cyrus included in the list because the teen actress is such a big hit worldwide and has growing fanbase for her Hannah Montana show on Disney. She's no. 59.

Time Magazine’s list of World’s 100 influential people is divided into five sections: leaders and revolutionaries, heroes and pioneers, scientists and thinkers, artists and entertainers, and builders and titans.
