Actor Mel Gibson and his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva decided to split up last April and it seems they separated amicably but later on Oksana hinted a deeper issue on their break-up.
The break up seems will be more nasty as Mel Gibson filed a restraining order against Oksana at the Los Angeles Superior Court in Downtown Los Angeles.

According to RadarOnline, the "complaint centers around three issues and Gibson's access to daughter Lucia."Oksana hinted that her split-up with Gibson is "sudden" and both are not in good terms. Allegedly, Mel got involved with Polish porn actress named Violet Kowal that cause the split-up with Oksana.
"Gibson filed a temporary restraining order, a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and a notice of visitation rights and child custody."
