Child services monitoring Charlie Sheen's domestic incident; Brooke Mueller's dramatic 911 call

The child services department is closely keeping an eye on the Charlie Sheen's domestic incident and their are ready pursue a thorough investigation.
Pitkin County Department of Social Services is "aware" of the alleged incident between Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller -- and the department is considering whether to pursue an investigation, TMZ reports.

"When there is a domestic dispute and children are present in the home, we are always notified."
The couple have 9 month-old twins (Max and Bob) and Charlie's daughters, Sam, 5, and Lola, 3 (with ex-wife Denise Richards).

Mueller says, "My husband had me with a knife. I was scared for my life and he threatened me."
