Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's domestic incident on Christmas morning is just a simple bump to their marriage and they want to save it. Their lawyers just filed for the dismissal of the couple's protective order.

But it seems their something more in just saving their marriage. According to RadarOnline, $1 million deal was added by the Charlie's camp on the "prenuptial agreement if he stays out of prison and they remain married."Brooke's lawyer Yale Galanter said, "They’re very much in love, and they want to try to work it out. I think they had a really bad day, which is probably an understatement, but they need their privacy and they need some time."
"They want to act as husband and wife, and with the restraining order there, that’s tough to do. I believe their relationship is still strong... They love each other. They’re married. They have two beautiful babies.""
