It was confirmed by Belle's rep via US, "Yes, it's true. [Joe and Camilla] have broken up. There is no third party involved and they care deeply about each other and will remain friends."The two met last September while filming the Jonas Brothers' music video "Lovebug" and then suddenly Joe broke up with Taylor Swift but he but insisted that he "never cheated on a girlfriend."
