Jessica Biel works very hard to look gorgeous

It's all hard work to achieved a body like Jessica Biel. The 27 year-old actress shared that aside from just eating half of her meals, she works very hard to look gorgeously.

“I’ve worked out five hours, sometimes more, in a single day, if I’m in training for a film role or something,” she said. “And it’s hard — it’s very hard!”
