Reaching a mutual settlement about the custody issue with no money involved, Michael Jackson's mother Katherine gets the custody of Michael's three children and Debbie Rowe will get visitation of the two children.
The custody agreement will be presented to a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Monday.
Katherine's attorney Londell McMillan said on CBS' The Early Show Thursday, "It's an agreement, an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. This is not about money."For Rowe, she will maintain her parental rights. Visitation rights was given for her two oldest children – Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11. A child psychologist will be used for supervision.
"There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson."
The custody agreement will be presented to a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Monday.
