Tyra Banks is coming to the Upper East Side as she will display some acting skills for the episode 4 of Gossip Girl's third season.

The America's Next Top Model host will play the role of Ursula Nyquist "a larger-than-life actress" co-starring in a film with Hilary Duff’s character Olivia Burke.

Gossip Girl returns to the CW on Sept. 14.

Checkout the Volturi vampires from the Chris Weitz’s upcoming “The Twilight Saga: New Moon". Summit Entertainment has yet to release the official promo arts but someone is very eager to get this one.

The vampire coven known as the Volturi resides in Volterra, Italy. They are regarded as "royalty" by other vampires because they have lived for well over three thousand years and act as police, enforcing the rule that vampires' existence remain a secret from humans. They often send others to travel from Volterra to prevent overzealous covens and renegade vampires from exposing their kind. They are guarded by several powerful vampires who have been recruited for their powers and skills.

Actually this is Jaime's second engagement. Her first was to Eric Calvo, which she got separated November of last year. Calvo is the father of their 2-year-old old son Dezi James.

The beacon of freedom and democracy has passed away. Philippines' former President Corazon "Cory" Cojuangco Aquino has a hard battle with the Big C (colon cancer) and she reportedly died of cardio respiratory arrest at the Makati Medical Center, 3:18AM. She was 76.

Here’s a statement from the Aquino family:

“Our mother peacefully passed away at 3:18 a.m. August 1, 2009 of cardio respiratory arrest. She would have wanted us to thank each and every one of you for all the prayers and your continued love and support. It was her wish for all of us to pray for one another and our country. Hinihiling po ng aming pamilya ang konting panahon para makasama namin ang aming mahal na ina.”

She is an icon, President of free people and a mother with full of faith. Millions of people from the Philippines and around the world is prayer for her soul and her family.

Samantha Burke is Jude Law's mystery Baby Mama

After confirming that he is expecting a fourth child with an ex-lover, Jude Law's mystery woman is now identified as model/actress Samantha Burke. Reportedly, the upcoming baby girl will be named Sophia and her due date is October 6th.

Samantha’s attorney issued a statement: “Ms. Burke can confirm that she did in fact have a relationship with Mr. Law and that she has informed Mr. Law that she is expecting his child later this fall. Since informing Mr. Law of the pregnancy, he has been nothing but responsive and supportive of Ms. Burke and the pregnancy.”

Jude Law has 3 other kids from his past marriage to Sadie Frost; Rafferty 12, Iris 8, and Rudy Indiana Otis is 6.

Deal: Katherine Jackson Gets Custody Of Michael's Kids; Debbie Rowe gets visitation

Reaching a mutual settlement about the custody issue with no money involved, Michael Jackson's mother Katherine gets the custody of Michael's three children and Debbie Rowe will get visitation of the two children.

Katherine's attorney Londell McMillan said on CBS' The Early Show Thursday, "It's an agreement, an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. This is not about money."

"There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson."

For Rowe, she will maintain her parental rights. Visitation rights was given for her two oldest children – Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11. A child psychologist will be used for supervision.

The custody agreement will be presented to a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Monday.

If some models and actresses are intense and stressed out about their body when they are pregnant but for supermodel-Project Runway host Heidi Klum is the other way around.

She expresses that she's embracing her changing physique and she shows no worries in getting back her figure.

Klum said, "You get used to all the changes of your body. It's not like I'm going, 'Oh my God!' I'm used to that part of it. You feel like a Buddha! I know my body will go back again."

Heidi Klum is currently pregnant with her fourth child. Klum's third child with husband-singer Seal (her two boys -Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, 3, and Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, 2.). Heidi also has a daughter, Helene “Leni”, 5, from her past relationship with Italian Flavio Briatore.

Rachelle Lefevre releases a statement that she was stunned about the decision.

“I was stunned by Summit’s decision to recast the role of Victoria for Eclipse. I was fully committed to the Twilight saga, and to the portrayal of Victoria. I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules. My commitment to Barney’s Version is only ten days. Summit picked up my option for Eclipse. Although the production schedule for Eclipse is over three months long, Summit said they had a conflict during those ten days and would not accommodate me. Given the length of filming for Eclipse, never did I fathom I would lose the role over a 10 day overlap. I was happy with my contract with Summit and was fully prepared to continue to honor it. Summit chose simply to recast the part. I am greatly saddened that I will not get to complete my portrayal of Victoria for the Twilight audience. This is a story, a theatrical journey and a character that I truly love and about which I am very passionate. I will be forever grateful to the fan support and loyalty I’ve received since being cast for this role, and I am hurt deeply by Summit’s surprising decision to move on without me. I wish the cast and crew of Eclipse only the very best.“

Not too please with Lefevre’s press release, Summit Entertainment gave their specific reason that forced them to get a new Victoria.

[via comingsoon]We at Summit Entertainment are disappointed by Rachelle Lefevre’s recent comments which attempt to make her career choices the fault of the Studio. Her decision to discuss her version of the scheduling challenges publicly has forced the Studio to set the record straight and correct the facts.

- Ms. Lefevre's representatives were advised as early as April that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE was expected to start shooting in early August.

- If Ms. Lefevre was, as she describes “passionate,” about being part of THE TWILIGHT SAGA, we feel that she and her representatives would have included us in her decision to work on another film that would conflict with the shooting schedule of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE.

- It was not until July 20th that Summit was first informed of Ms. Lefevre’s commitment to BARNEY’S VERSION, a commitment we have since been advised she accepted in early June. Summit had acted in good faith that she would be available to fulfill her obligations both in terms of rehearsals and shooting availability for THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE. We feel that her choice to withhold her scheduling conflict information from us can be viewed as a lack of cooperative spirit which affected the entire production.

- Furthermore Ms. Lefevre took a role in the other film that places her in Europe during the required rehearsal time, and at least ten days of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE’s principal photography. This period is essential for both rehearsal time with the cast, and for filming at key locations that are only available during the initial part of production.

- Contrary to Ms. Lefevre’s statement, it is simply untrue that the Studio dismissed her over a ten day overlap. It is not about a ten day overlap, but instead about the fact that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE is an ensemble production that has to accommodate the schedules of numerous actors while respecting the established creative vision of the filmmaker and most importantly the story.

The fact remains that Ms. Lefevre’s commitment to the other project - which she chose to withhold from Summit until the last possible moment - makes her unfortunately unavailable to perform the role of Victoria in THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE.

Even though Doctor-actress-model Maricar Reyes kept it under the radar with her publicized involvement in the sex video scandal with ex-boyfriend Hayden Kho, she still maintains her class and etiquette.

Continuing her career and considers herself as a survivor, the “Gaano Kita Kamahal” actress is the latest cover girl of Metro Magazine August 2009 issue as she opens up about life, as a doctor, athlete and tid bits about the scandal.

She would look good in glamorous dresses, soft curls and South Sea pearls.She looks expensive and yet approachable, and judging from how she dealt with the whole Hayden hullabaloo, she has a good head on shoulders. She appears in next month’s cover of Metro Magazine and looks like she is on her element wearing designer things. It’s a little weird how she found herself in showbiz. While The Buzz Magazine’s banner story is about Bea Alonzo finally shedding clothes and appearing shedding clothes and appearing in a two-pieces swimsuit after years of playing the meek, conservative, hopeless romantic in television and movies. Maricar is being covered in yard and yards of satin after appearing allegedly naked in short little minutes of stolen video.

Maricar doesn’t deliver much juice in her interview, though. Preferring to talk only about acting, and how she will manage to lead two lives: a celebrity and a doctor (she is currently planning to set up her new clinic). Already she talks like a star of this generation, avoiding the specifics and speaking only of ideas and life in general. About determination and being a survivor. She says nothing about Hayden and the rest of the unfortunate circumstances that made her a name. She doesn’t need to, and maybe she shouldn’t. The better to keep the mystery and the audience asking for more.

Former Power Ranger Walter Jones Busted for DUI

Walter Emanuel Jones who played Zack Taylor (Black Ranger in Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers) was arrested for DUI in Huntsville, Alabama.

According to TMZ, "Walter Jones -- was arrested around 4 A.M. Sunday morning by Alabama State Troopers in Huntsville and booked into a local jail."

Jones eventually met bail and was released.

Back to Power Ranger, he was written out of the series midway through the second season, apparently due to disagreements over wages and fee, and was replaced by Johnny Yong Bosch.

Johnny Knoxville will pay $6,000 monthly in child support

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville will be no longer a jackass to his former wife after agreeing to pay $6,000 monthly in child support for their 13-year-old daughter.

According to PEOPLE, "The ex-couple, who were married for 12 years, split much of their bank accounts evenly, with Melanie also getting half of residuals from the Jackass franchise and Dukes of Hazzard movie (for which Knoxville was paid $5 million), under the terms of the agreement Friday."

The ex-couple will share joint custody over their daughter.

According to AllKpop, "A spokesperson from GUESS’s Korea branch stated that the reason why they selected Lee Hyori to model their new line of women’s jeans is because of her captivating charm and her sexy figure.
