Britney Spears was granted with a restraining orders against the woman who entered-trespassed in her private property last April.
The court ordered 26-year-old Miranda Tozier-Robbins to stay away at least 100 yards away from both Spears and her spread in Calabasas, California.
According to E!, the camouflage fatigues stalker will also be arraigned for two misdemeanor charges next week.
Robbins must contact Sam Lutfi, Lawyer Jon Eardley and former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib as they are the members of Britney's restraining list.
