The Grand Rapids Press reported that Simpson forgot her lyrics, struggled with her ear monitors, mumbled through songs and fought back tears during the performance.
She also stopped singing during one of her songs and asked to start it over again.
Being ashamed with her performance, Jessica apologized by mouthing the word “sorry” on a couple of large video screens.
Jessica's rep. described her performance with a statement, "Jessica had an off night. She's a perfectionist and wanted to start some songs over. She always wants to give the best performance for her fans."
Poor Jessica, she cannot handle the pressure of her critics.
