The libel case that was filed against actress Claudine Barretto was been dismissed by Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office due to lack of merits and evidences.
According to Assistant City Prosecutor Joselito Bacolor, the case filed by Claudine's former personal secretary Nancy Jiji Cruz and her camp failed to give sufficient evidence to proceed this case.
This is a counter charge filed by Nancy Jiji Cruz after her former boss filed a qualified theft charges against her which the court has already released a warrant of arrest.
