Britney Spears' ex is under investigation for felony assault

Britney Spears' former 15 minutes of fame boyfriend Adnan Ghalib is now under investigation by Los Angeles police for allegedly hitting a guy who will serve a court papers to him for restraining order case.

According to TMZ, The process server was waiting for Adnan Ghalib in the alley when Ghalib rolled up and allegedly hit the dude with his car. The process server says he landed on the hood of Adnan's car.

Adnan Ghalib is being taken for felony assault with a deadly weapon.
