The Catholics expressed outraged with Playboy's December 2008 Mexican Edition featuring Maria Florencia Onori, posing as the Virgin Mary naked wearing nothing but an angelic white cloth.
Reportedly, 80,000 copies was been sold already since its release. It was released before Mexico's traditional Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe, a celebration of an apparition of the Virgin in the town.
The headline reads in Spanish: "We adore you, Mary".
