Miley Cyrus will give a chance to a lucky fan to be with her for the MTV New Year’s special.
"FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise... New Year's Eve 2009" will feature live performances from Miley.
The “Hannah Montana” star will do his hosting skills at the home of the said lucky fan.
The special will air live on MTV on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 8-9:30 p.m. Eastern, with an encore presentation at 10:30 p.m. Eastern, featuring a live countdown from Times
