DJ AM files lawsuit over the plane crash

After Travis Baker and surviving family filed their lawsuit against the plane and equipment companies, it is now DJ AM turns.

Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM filed a his lawsuit blaming the pilots for bad judgment and faulty equipment for the plane crash.

According to TMZ, DJ AM claims as the jet reached takeoff speed the pilots became aware one or more of the tires had blown. The suit contends, "Rather than proceed to takeoff, they decided to abort and/or reject the takeoff in a negligent manner." The plane overshot the runway and burst into flames.

DJ Am is suing for the pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement, loss of earnings and medical expenses.
