Oscar "Golden Boy" Dela Hoya versus Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao fight, Officially CONFIRMED

It's a GO! GO! GO! for the the fight of the year!!!!

It's confirmed, Oscar "Golden Boy" Dela Hoya versus Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao in Las Vegas on December 6.

Aside from the BIG revenues for both camps, It will be the biggest fight of Manny Pacquiao in his boxing career and he will make an exclamation point that he is the best pound-for-pound boxer in the World.

Oscar de la Hoya has a chance to take revenge for defeat of his fellow Mexican boxers from "the Mexican destroyer."

Oscar told the press in a recent interview, “I would love to get revenge for all Mexicans who’ve fought against Manny. If you ask me that would be my choice, because he’s considered pound for pound champion of the world, and we can meet half ways and make a big fight out of it.”

This fight will surely create media frenzy all over the world. It will bring together boxing’s most bankable star and arguably its most talented fighter at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Two-time “Trainer of the Year” Freddie Roach said, “a great fight.” He also said, “Oscar is a nice guy but Manny is my guy.“

De La Hoya (39-5-0, 30 KOs) with the six-division champion and Olympic gold medalist under his belt versus Pacquiao (47-3-2, 35 KOs) with five-division champion and currently the WBC lightweight champion.

Their still no confirmation on the compromise proposal revenue split but reportedly it will be 65-35 split.

De La Hoya originally propose a 70-30 cut while Top Rank and Pacquiao wants 60-40 counter-proposal. It seems that eventually both fighters conceded five percent on either side.
