A lawsuit settlement was been reached between Verne "Mini Me" Troyer and porn broker Kevin Blatt, distributor of SugarDVD. Kevin Blatt camp agree that he will not distribute the sex tape between Troyer and his former girlfriend.
Verne filed a $20 million lawsuit against Kevin Blatt and TMZ Website after they upload/broadcast a small portion of the 50-minute tape last month.
On the said agreement, Blatt and SugarDVD have signed agreements requiring that they must get Troyer's approval before selling or distributing the tape or any images from it.
Troyer's camp is also planning to amend the lawsuit to prevent Mini Me's ex-girlfriend Ranae Shrider from releasing the said tape.
