Lindsay Lohan failed to show up for her court hearing in which she claims her passport was stolen in Cannes. Judge Marsha Revel made it clear that her failure to appear will result to an arrest warrant against troubled actress.
Judge Marsha Revel indeed issued a bench warrant and bail was set at $100,000. The judge has reason to believe Lindsay has a drug and alcohol problem.
Lindsay can post bail and free until another court hearing is set, but she has to prevent herself in drinking alcohol, wear a SCRAM bracelet and submit to random drug testing at least once a week.
Preventing the arrest, Lindsay's camp already posted bail and the arrest warrant has been recalled.
According to TMZ, "Lindsay's people promptly plunked down $10,000 (the standard 10%) to secure the bond and the judge then recalled the warrant -- meaning Lindsay will not be arrested when she returns to the U.S."
