Lindsay Lohan Sues E-TRADE for "Milkaholic" baby ad

Don't take advantage of using Lindsay's name or she will sue!!

Lindsay Lohan is now suing a financial company E-Trade for $100 million for using her name in its commercial. Lilo believes that the "milkaholic Lindsay" baby used in the commercial was modeled after her. (The surname was not mentioned)

Comparing it to the recognizable name of Oprah and Madonna, Lohan's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia said in a statement, "Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit..They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."

The ad aired during the Super Bowl and the winter Olympics. Aside from the monetary damages, Lohan wants an injunction to stop the airing of the ad.
