Hong Kong actor/singer Andy Lau signed a $26 Million Contract deal with East Asia Music. It is is also include the sale of Lau's song library to the label.
Andy becomes an East Asia Music recording artist for three years and also the rights to his library of about 500 songs and absorb his music label, Focus Music Ltd.
Lau has been linked to Media Asia's planned film based on the classic Chinese novel "Water Margin,'' also known as "Outlaws of the Marsh." The novel is about battles between more than 100 rebels and feudal officials set in the 12th century.
