More than 1,500 dancing inmates really entertain the world and made a mark in the internet world.
Time magazine listed the Cebu inmates as the no. 5 in the top ten most watchable Internet videos for 2007.
Inmates inside the Cebu provincial jail in southern Philippines, performing their version of Michael Jackson's 1980's hit "Thriller", is said to be one of "most popular viral videos" of the year, or the "web clips we couldn't stop watching."
Time Magazine described the Cebu inmates performance as depicting "Orange-jumpsuited accused murderers, rapists and drug dealers paid homage to Michael Jackson's Thriller in a dance performance filmed at the Cebu Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines."
The inmates dance video has been downloaded more than nine million times.
