Manny Pacquaio is facing a penalty due to his failure to attend the annual Parade of Star 33rd Metro Manila Film Festival [MMFF] 2007.
He just send his buddy double to join the float of his movie entry, "Anak ng Kumander".
According to the Rules and Regulations of the MMFF, failure by a producer to provide a float as well as the absence of the lead actors / actresses and supporting performers during the parade will merit a penalty of P150, 000.
