Happiness and smiles are seen on families and sick children's of Sydney Children’s Hospital who watch the special screening of the film "The Golden Compass" hosted by Nicole Kidman.
“This is a small gesture and I would just like to say I wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year,” she said. “I play a villain in this film, so to all the little kids – don’t stay.”
Nicole kidman gave an extra special Christmas present to five long-term patients and their families.

“We’re deeply grateful to Nicole for her constant generosity,” foundation CEO Elizabeth Crundall said. “For many of the children attending this screening it will be a rare and welcome break from fighting a serious illness in hospital. Nicole’s ongoing support, kindness and dedication is extraordinary.”
