Michael Douglas on his throat cancer: "I'll beat this."

Michael Douglas is very positive and optimistic that he can surpass his throat cancer.

The 65 year-old actor tells PEOPLE, he is resolutely determined to overcome his diagnosis: "I'll beat this."

He will undergo weeks of treatment via radiation and chemotherapy.

Douglas has been married to actress Catherine Zeta-Jonas for almost ten years. The couple has two kids: Dylan, 10, and Carys, 7.

Lindsay Lohan admits being irresponsible; career is far from over (Vanity Fair October 2010 issue)

Actress Lindsay Lohan, who is now enjoying her freedom after being jailed plus her short stint in rehab, gave an interesting interview which is now featured on Vanity Fair Magazine's October 2010 issue.

Her interview took place one week before going to jail. In the interview, Lindsay admitted her mistakes, claims that her father Michael Lohan is the reason of all her traumas and many more...

Some of the highlights from Lindsay Lohan’s interview:

Lindsay denying being alcoholic: “If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [scram] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking — so that says something, because I was fine.”

Lindsay on her estranged father, Michael Lohan: “The worst part of it is you turn around and you see your dad crying and normally you’d be, like, happy that your father’s there. But then he has to go and do an interview right after. I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life.”

Lindsay adamantly denies rumors of drug abuse: “I’ve never abused prescription drugs. I never have—never in my life. I have no desire to. That’s not who I am. I’ve admitted to the things that I’ve done—to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K., ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it.”

Lindsay on her career being far from over: “I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress. … And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible—but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes.”

Lindsay blames her troubles, in part, on hanging out with the wrong crowd: “So many people around me would say they cared for the wrong reasons. A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party.”

Bradley Cooper and Ryan Reynolds are set to star in an edgier R-rated  action-comedy about San Francisco cops.

According to THR, "The story follows two friends, who are also San Francisco cops, whose fathers were once partners on the police force. The older generation is forced out of retirement to help their sons crack a case, with typically antagonistic results."

“Iron Chef” star Masaharu Morimoto was sued for paying less

“Iron Chef” star Masaharu Morimoto is being accused of not paying the right wages and tips to his employee. A barbacks named Jose Bueno filed a complaints against Masaharu.

Jose Bueno is working at Morimoto restaurant in New York City, claims that he is receiving less than the minimum wage and Morimoto retains part of his tips to give to non-service employees, such as silver polishers. Some of the tips were also pocketed.

Slash Files for Divorce

Guitarist Saul Hudson popularly known as Slash has filed for divorce from his wife Perla Ferrar at the LA County Superior Court on Monday (August 30), ending almost nine years of marriage.

According to TMZ, Slash cites irreconcilable differences and he is seeking the joint physical and legal custody of their two kids, London (8) and Cash (6).

It was also reported that the couple's separation is not amicable but in the part of Slash camp, their saying otherwise.

Slash's rep tells PEOPLE, “I can confirm the divorce papers were filed and from Slash’s perspective the split is amicable."

The former Guns N' Roses guitarist and her wife has no pre-nuptial agreement and they tied the knot in October of 2001. The date of separation is listed as July 15, 2010.

'Dancing With the Stars' season 11 cast revealed! Bristol Palin, The Hoff, The Situation and More

Get ready to see your favorite celebrities deliver their dancing moves! The cast of season 11's Dancing With the Stars has been revealed!

The contestants are Brandy, Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey, comedian-actress Margaret Cho, The Hills alum Audrina Patridge, Florence Henderson, Bristol Palin, Michael Bolton, Jersey Shore's Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, David Hasselhoff, Kurt Warner, Kyle Massey and former Los Angeles Lakers Rick Fox.

Paris Hilton was charged with felony cocaine possession

Paris Hilton was charged with felony cocaine possession in connection with her weekend arrest in Las Vegas.

Police found in her purse are .8 grams of cocaine, rolling papers commonly used for marijuana and a broken tablet of Albuterol. Her trouble started when the car driven by her boyfriend Cy Waits was pulled over in Las Vegas.

To avoid too much attention, Paris asked to go to the bathroom inside the Wynn hotel. Paris told the cop she needed lip balm so the cop handed Paris her purse: "As she began to open it, I saw a small bindle of what I believed to be cocaine in a clear baggie begin to fall from the purse and into my hand."

Paris claimed ownership of a broken Albuterol pill but denies that she own the purse and especially the cocaine. She gave a hilarious excuse, "She said she had not seen it, but now thought it was gum."

She also claims that she had borrowed it from a friend. Hmmm....I Smell Lies!!

Hilton is scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 27, She is facing four years in prison if convicted.

Vivid Entertainment's Steven Hirsch doesn't want to be involved in Spencer Pratt’s publicity circus over the Heidi Montag's sex tape and he is not planning on meeting Spencer for the price negotiation.

Hirsch wants a preview of the Heidi Montag's sex tape first before going to the negotiating table. He wants Spencer to send a 30-second preview.

Spencer is asking for $5,000,000 for the multiple sex tapes of his soon-to-be ex-wife. Former Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon confirmed that indeed she and Heidi has a sex tape together.

Spencer is full of blah...blah...blah and he is still has no proof of the said tape. Many are surely eager to see Karissa-Heidi sex tape.

Mary-Louise Parker Does Not Smoke Weed, but She tried a Pot Lollipop

Many love the strong image of Mary Louise Parker especially in her role as Nancy Botwin in the hit series "Weeds".

Even though her Weed's character was involved in selling marijuana to support her family, Mary-Louise Parker herself never smoked pot but she confessed that she has licked a Pot Lollipop.

Highlights of her Vanity Fair interview:

Does the same thing happen for you? When you finish shooting an episode, do you feel an urge to light up a joint?: I don’t do drugs, but I’m really suggestible. So I imagine if I did, that’s exactly what would happen. I’d be smoking all day long.

Wait, you don’t smoke marijuana, or you’ve never smoked it?: I’ve never smoked it.

A lollipop made with THC?: Yeah. We did something about pot lollipops on Weeds. But those were props, obviously. Then somebody gave me some real ones. People give me pot all the time. I put them up in my closet, on the very, very top shelf, where I keep all my shoes, just so my kids wouldn’t find them. I don’t need that.

You weren’t a little bit curious?:A little, yeah. My entire life, I never wanted anything to do with marijuana, but then it became a thing. You know what I mean? “I don’t smoke pot.” That was my thing. So when I was sick, I was like, “What the hell?” I was actually kind of excited about it. I was like, “Oh my god, I’m 45 and I’m having my first pot experience!” But it did nothing.

Are you sure you were doing it right? I wouldn’t even know what to do with a pot lollipop. Do you lick it or light it?: I licked it. But somebody told me that you need to eat it. Somebody quite famous who grows his own, he told me I should be eating it. But at this point, I feel like “Why bother?” I gave it a shot, it didn’t work. I’m over it.
