The LA County Coroner has released Corey Haim’s official autopsy results, in which the actor died of natural causes and "no significant contributing factors". Corey's heart condition (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) and pneumonia led to his tragic death.
According to TMZ, Corey Haim's mother told authorities that she flushed away her son's prescription drug stash after his death: "she emptied the other bottles into the toilet because she didn't want anyone else to get hold of the medication and she didn't know the police would be responding to her residence."
