"Hannah Montana" Creators Sue Disney

The creators of Miley Cyrus' "Hannah Montana" wants some love from the Disney Channel.

Barry O’Brien and Richard Corre claims that they are entitled to a percentage from "Hannah Montana" billion dollar franchise.
According to radaronline, the creators claims that "Disney never provided them with proper accounting for their bonus, nor did they allow the pair to audit the books."

Correll was “terminated as a series director on “Hannah Montana” and as a director of any and all other Disney programs…without warning and without cause.”
Reportedly, their suing the company at least $5 million dollars on causes of action for breach of contract, accounting and wrongful termination.
