Christina Applegate is now ready to walk the aisle as she is now engaged to musician Martyn LeNoble.
Applegate was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2008 and underwent a double mastectomy.

Applegate's rep. said in a statement, "The couple, who have been dating for two years, got engaged on February 14, 2010. There is no set date for the wedding at this time."This will be the second marriage for both Applegate and Lenoble.
