Photographer Emicles Da Mata filed a lawsuit last month claiming that David Beckham and his bodyguards grabbed him and beat him up.
As expected, Da Mata is claiming assault, battery and emotional distress, and is asking for unspecified damages.

On the legal papers filed on Dec. 7, Beckham reached through the driver's window and grabbed his camera and attempted to wrestle it from him. Da Mata was holding the camera at the time.It seems the David are annoyed with Emicles, who is following him wherever he go.
The bodyguard beat him repeatedly, grabbed his camera and threw it in a trash can.
