ABS-CBN recently presented a new witness, Donard Duane L. Nojas a former GMA program director of RGMA-AM Bacolod.
Nojas said that indeed theirs a manipulation and tampering in TV ratings and even in radio ratings. He also hired ABS-CBN’s informant Toto Aliguin to look for panel homes in Bacolod city and that it conducted special operations to increase its ratings.
The said special operations includes transportation rentals, food allowance, gasoline, cell cards and many more....
