Philippine Idol Crossover from ABC to GMA Network

Yes thats true the Philippine Idol has left the ABC 5 family. ABC-5's Corporate Affairs Head Ms. Terra Daffon confirmed the said news. From ABC 5, the rights to the Idol franchise will be given to GMA 7 Network.
According to PEP, Ms. Daffon Explained that the idol franchise rights from Fremantle is a Year to year basis. On the second season their negotiating and trying the franchise not to slip in their hands. "Now, the US suppliers of the show, sometimes also offer it by package. With a upfront of a prime show [like the Idol franchise], they try to package other not so fast-selling products [programs].
But Ms. Daffon also clarifies that she is not really sure what Fremantle offered to GMA Network, if they offered a package deal or just the idol franchise with much bigger offer and modifications of the show.
GMA-7 Ms. Wilma Galvante confirms it that they buy the idol franchice and some programs from Fremantle Media in a Package deal. That's why GMA is also doing/showing a Philippine version of Celebrity Duets hosted by Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid. American Idol judge na si Simon Cowell ang producer ng U.S. version ng Celebrity Duets.
If you will notice the ABSCBN has Endemol and GMA will have the Idol franchise(Fremantle).
The questions are, can GMA use the "Philippine Idol" title? According to some people ABC 5 own the title of the show.
And second is Mau Marcelo the winner of the the first Philippine Idol will also go to GMA Network? She needed more exposure and more bigger environment like GMA.
