The 35th Metro Manila Film Festival which began on December 25, 2009 and officially ends January 7, 2010 has released the official box-office gross result.
Best Picture winner "Ang Panday" which leads the first day ranking still ends supreme as it raked in a total of P99.4 million. Star Cinema's "I Love You, Goodbye" which started at the fourth spot jumped to the second spot with P94.3 million and the third place falls to Vic Sotto's "Ang Darling Kong Aswang" with 89.6 million.
Expected, major flop on Manny Pacquiao's movie "Wapakman". Reality is, you can't win it all. Many salute him as a boxer but an actor, many doubted.
1. Ang Panday - 99.4 million
2. I Love You, Goodbye - 94.3 million
3. Ang Darling Kong Aswang - 89.6 million
4. Shake, Rattle & Roll XI - 77.6 million
5. Mano Po 6: A Mother’s Love - 42 million
6. Nobody, Nobody But…Juan - 31.9 million
7. Wapakman - 2.6 million
