Jennifer Lyon, who ranked 4th place on “Survivor: Palau” (10th season-2005) has died after battling the Big C.
The 37 year-old was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in 2005 and she underwent a double mastectomy and chemotherapy treatments.
She also an aggressive advocate for breast cancer awareness.
