ABS-CBN actress-host Toni Gonzaga and her beau/Director Paul Soriano teams up in a drama indie film "A Journey Home", produced by Jubilee Evangelical Church.
The story will center to a father (Soliman Cruz) who returned to his family after 20 years of absence. Toni is playing the role of a teenage mom.
This is also a big shift from her usual romantic comedy roles to full time drama.
