Pacquiao fans and all Filipinos around the globe is celebrating specially the President of the Philippines Gloria Macapagal Arroyo for the successful win of Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao and grabbing the WBC super featherweight title belt from Mexican bober Juan Manuel Marquez via split decision.
Pres. Gloria Macapagal said, "I join the Filipino people in savoring this moment of sweet victory and national unity prompted by the courage, discipline and fighting heart of our boxing hero, Manny Pacquiao".Actually honestly speaking this victory will help and will be use by President Arroyo's administration to divert issues and allegations of corruption even in a short span of time.
