Madonna is literally has a new title under her belt, the "M" belt.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame awardee Madonna has released her Hard Candy album cover off her eleventh studio album which is scheduled for release on April 28.
Photographer Steven Klein shot this cover and the styling was done by Gina Brooke.
