Stephanie Pratt pleaded not guilty; enroll to rehab

"The Hills" star Stephanie Pratt pled not guilty for misdemeanor DUI and will go to rehab. She was arrested for drunk driving in Hollywood last October 18 after leaving Holly Montag's birthday party.

TMZ reports, "An attorney for Stephanie Pratt just pled not guilty on her behalf to a charge of misdemeanor DUI -- and her lawyer says the "Hills" star will check in to rehab.

Pratt's lawyer said she will enroll in a 30-day residential facility."

As Stephanie took two breathalyzer tests, it registered .08 and .09 (limit .08) and now she is facing six months in jail.
