George Clooney knows that he cannot stop all paparazzi in taking his picture and invading his privacy but there are limits.
Clooney is now planning to file charges after a paparazzi climbed over the wall of his Italian home and shot a topless photo of a 13-year-old girl who is at that time is changing her dress in one of his guest rooms and they also took shot his moment with current girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis.
He is suing the two magazines who published the said photos and the photographer who invade their privacy.
Clooney's statement via TMZ, "We're suing two magazines AND a photographer. I don't know about the law in the United States but in Italy it's illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom.
I draw the line of privacy at that."
