No jail time for Paris Hilton after she agree with the plea deal she made with prosecutors. The socialite pleaded guilty to her cocaine possession case and and obstructing an officer in Las Vegas.
The court sentenced 29-year-old heiress to a year of probation, pay $2000 in fines, complete 200 hours of community service and she must attend a substance abuse program.
Clark County Detention Center Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure, told Hilton, "The purpose here is to change your conduct. [The Clark County Detention Center] is not the Waldorf=Astoria."
The judge warned her that if she is arrested for anything but a minor traffic violation over the next year, she will be put into jail.
Police found in her purse during the August 27 arrest are .8 grams of cocaine, rolling papers commonly used for marijuana and a broken tablet of Albuterol.
