Heidi Montag gave her followers some tip about how to manage breast implants--- massaging to keep it soft!
She tweeted, "Giving my self a soft tissue breast massage. Ladies we have to keep those implants soft.".
Montag recently confessed that she wants her breast implants reduced because she feel trapped in her own body.
