No jail time at this moment for controversial actress Lindsay Lohan, the Los Angeles Superior Court decided to extend Lindsay's probation for another year to fulfill the mandatory alcohol education classes due to her 2007 DUI arrest.
TMZ reports that Lindsay failed to attend some of her alcohol education classes, "Time passed and Lindsay never got back in touch with the program so officials there contacted the judge."
Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley explained to the judge that his client has been extremely busy.

Lindsay has completed 15 of 26 individual alcohol classes and 13 of 26 group alcohol classes and 13 of 28 self-help sessions. She completed all six education classes.Progress hearing is set on December 15.
