Lauren Conrad's clothing line is feeling the recession effect and now she decided to put her collection on hiatus.
According to NY post, "In light of the economic climate, Lauren has decided to completely rethink her line.
"Lauren is going to revamp her line and design with more high-end fabrics . . . things she couldn't do the first time around. With everything going on in the economy and in her life, she wants to rework her line and offerings. She will make announcements soon."
Conrad's rep. explained via US Weekly, "[LC]She will look over the past seasons to determine what worked and what didn't work so that she may design clothing that will appeal to her fans".
Her rep. says "clothing that will appeal to her fans". Is the economic recession the reason for its low demand or the design?
